We accept projects and tasks only from this platform only – not via emails or texts or whats app messages. We request you create an account immediately once you are invited.

POST YOUR NEW PROJECT

During this stage we require you to give us an in-depth brief of your project. This includes text, videos, screenshots – what ever you think will help our developers and designers to get your project off the ground.

 Please remember it is your job to deliver a clear and concise brief. If you do not have a dedicated project manger – talk to us we can provide you with a project manger for an additional fee.

You can break down your project into tasks and post each task separately if you prefer

RECEIVE A COST ESTIMATE & TIME FRAME

Once we have received your project it usually takes up to 14 working days for us to give you a quotation and time frame. .

Once you accept and start your project all communication will take place on the my easy file platform. You can add files, screenshots, amendments, urls – basically any information that will communicate your idea clearly to our development team.

 As your project develops there may be additional features, tasks or amendments to your project you can submit them all on this platform. Each time you add or amend additional tasks you will be given an estimated cost to approve. This way your budget and timeframe is tracked closely.
